I live in Mexico where it is very common to eat molletes. They are made with pieces of bread, beans, cheese, and a sauce made of tomatoes, onions, and chilis known as (name of Mexican sauce). Also, we eat chilaquiles, which are little pieces of tortillas topped with a spicy tomato sauce, cheese, cream, onions, and any of chicken/beef/steak/sunny-side up egg🍳 If you come to Mexico, you have to try them.
