The Importance of your environment I used to think, a "Will Power" is a key to success. Having a strong will power to push through towards your goals and stay persistent. It's been built over the course of work-out just like a muscle, nothing else. Those with a "weak" will power, will fail just because of that. But it turns out that's a little old fashion way.
