I was in germany at hochschule university in Bremen. but I've never been in the states.It'd be a great idea just need to check the prices.

If you can get in to one of their schools, Germany has great engineering schools. The U.S. also has some excellent programs, particularly at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and at a number of schools in California.
