I Can't Read The Instructions on My Japanese Refrigerator

I have a refrigerator made in Japan. On its door, there is a keypad written in Japanese. (I added the picture below.)

I think that these buttons help users control the modes including cold, hot...etc... It's a pity that I can't understand Japanese.

This happened to us in a rental condo in Beijing, with a washing machine. With trial and error and being able to understand the Kanji that are the same as Hanzi, we managed.
