My dream job-- interpreting
I think I'm a person of broad interests. But if you ask me to pick one, I will definitely choose interpreting. Yes, I'd like to be an interpreter in my future career.
I got to know about interpreting about two years ago through browsing some interpreters' microblogs. When I was at first in touch with this industry, I thought that it was such an amazing and challengeable job that I might probably never be able to reach that high level that interpreters do.
Nevertheless, with more and deeper understanding of it, I couldn't help dreaming of being an excellent interpreter.' Now that you are pretty sure of what you want to pursue, it's time to take some actions!' I said to myself then.
Since then, I have serached a variety of information about how to be an interpreter, such as, what qualifications I have to get, which university could provide me the most professional course of interpretation, what mental and physical preparations I have to do and of course how broad the career prospect could be in both Hong Kong and Mainland of China and the like. All in all, I have just searched as much information as I could.
If you ask me why I'm so keen on being an interpreter, that is because I really like its flexibility as well as challenge. I could not imagine I would do a nine-to-five job in the future, which would drive me crazy and bored. Therefore, even if I'm expecting too much of myself, I still prefer a more flexible and challengebale job. The second reason is also important--language-related jobs have always been being my favourite. I Love learning new languages and working at mastering them well. I even plan to learn a few more languages after I enter the university.(continued)
p.s. The article is actually uncompleted, I still have about 200 words to add. But I don't have time to ccomplish it at present, maybe I will post the remaining part later(maybe tomorrow:))
Thank you guys for reading it patiently and correcting it for me! It's important!
