Feijoada
The Feijoada is a typical dish of Brazilian . So, How did it originate?
In the past, Africans slave only could eat meat less noble like paw's and tail's of pork. Besides, They ate cereal, like corn and bean. So one day, they mixed this meat (less noble) with black bean, cooking everthing together in the same saucepan. This way, it was doing the first feijoada.

You could say 'the worse cuts of meat' or something along those lines. I like feijoada :) We used to have it nearly every week..

Em inglês nos nunca usamos a palavra "noble" a utilização é diferente do que Portugues. Pode disse "they could only eat low quality meat" ou "the could not eat quality meat". Vc entendi?

Seria "Meat noble" "Carne nobre", carne que somente a Família real podia apreciar e o resto, ou seja, a carne não apreciada, menos nobre (meat less noble), era jogada aos escravos, como restos, assim, os ecravos conzinhavam estes restos junto com o feijao, surgindo, assim a primeira feijoada, dizem que os nobres ficavam com vontade, porque essa refeição cheirava muito gostoso..isso já não sei se é verdade...Para mim é uma das melhores comidas, se não a melhor.
