OHAGI/BOTAMOCHI In this winter, I got a lot of glutinous rice. I made various kind of rice cakes. This is one of them. I thought the name is OHAGI. Because when I was a child, I learned from my mother that 'It's OHAGE'. Then I looked for the name of the sweets. I knew for the first time, the name of the sweets might be 'BOTAMOCHI'...(  ゚ □ ゚ ;). I don't know the correct name of this sweets yet... I made it from glutinous rice, ANKO (a Japanese name for red bean paste), soy flour, and the other. How to make is so easy, but.. why I don't know what the sweets is? I was shocked.

OHAGI/BOTAMOCHI
