That was why she decided to offer a thousand rupees for the opportunity of shooting a tiger without overmuch risk or exertion. The tiger had been found and the great night duly arrived, though the shooting was a failure. But Mrs Packltide looked as if she could say a booh to a goose that was why she easily lied.
