Why am I learning English?
I didn't want to study English for 15 years because it was like an obligation. If you are Spanish and computer programmer you must study English. I’m a little rebellious, so I didn’t study it. I studied French. :)
One day, I compared an technical English book with its Spanish translation, and I realized English version was easier to understand for me. Why? I think translations lose coherence.
Now, I want to read books, to see films, TV series and documentaries in their English Original Version.
And also, I like to know other cultures, so, what better way than speaking English?

I definitely have to agree. Sometimes translations are getting ridiculous. As for movies, there are several cases when the whole movie loses it's point when you're not watching it with the original dubbing. One of these cases is 'Terminal'. Tom Hanks' accent is marvellous, I really recommend that you watch it in the original language. As for cultures, learning english is the best way to open yourself, keep up the good work!
