To other scholars, Hypatia 's death was undoubtedly a signal and warning of their eviction, but also a symbol of science and philosophy had came to an end in Alexandria up to seven centuries. Since then classical schools and scholars fled like leaves scattered by wind from their trees and the ancient capital of the academic culture soon became purely commercial irreversibly. Even if we visit Alessandria today, we will probably find it just like a city in multitude like any other trite city of this world.
