這兒我   In English, we say:Here I am. In Chinese, maybe you can say:我来啦! which mean I'm coming here.

你可不可以跟我說話?     People always give requests politely in English, but in Chinese, you can just say:来找我聊聊吧！ I think it is much better than a question sentence which seem that you are eager and begging to talk with others. Seems poor.
