Tough days lead you to success?

When I am trapped in the tough days, I always tell myself "come on! you can go through it. , what you are experiencing will be a great treasure for you to behold in the future". Is Will it?
Is that tough days really can Can tough days really pave the way lead you to success? Or, or will it just lead you to through another tough period strugle?
When we look back on the days we suffered, will we be proud of yourself ourselves? Or or you will we just regret that you didn't give it up earlier the efforts we made because we did not quit from the start?
