writing exercise: letter to an english penfriend

Last week you went to a birthday party. This is a part of a letter you have received from your English penfriend, Annabel:
"In your last letter you said you were going to a birthday party. Please tell me what you did at the party. What present did you take for your friend? Did everyone enjoy themselves?"


Dear Annabel,
last Last week, I went to the party of my bestfriend best friend Lukas. The party started at 9.00 9:00 pm on friday Frudat, but I went a bit later because I had a problem with my car. When I arrived, I tried to look for Lukas to get give him the present -I bought him a nice blue shirt!- there was There were a lot of people and maybe I found him after maybe an hour, although the place wasn't so big!
In a corner there was a DJ and we danced all nignt! During the dance, I had took some breaks to ate eat cake and to drink some beverages! I really enjoyed myself!!
