Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in the world, with breast cancer rates in developing countries being especially high. [1] Breast cancer is the most common malignancy amongst Iranian women and is the most common type of cancer in Iran with a rate of 25.46%. [2] Breast cancer is the first incidental cancer and 5th leading cause of death due to cancer in Iranian women. ('ladies' - too informal here) [3] According to the attending physician who diagnosed the patient will be treated differently (I think you mean, "The physician who made the initial diagnosis most often determines the later course of treatment.). Conventional treatment includes a lumpectomy followed by radiation therapy. [4] Radiation therapy is a cancer treatment method that can be done in two ways: brachytherapy and teletherapy. (maybe, 'There are two types of radiation therapy.') [5] Radiotherapy (is it 'radiation-therapy' correct ???. I guess probably not.) plays a critical role in the management of early-stage breast cancer. Numerous studies have shown that radiotherapy significantly decreases the rate of loco-regional recurrence after breast conservation [3,6] and its role in reducing mortality has been addressed by some researchers. [7-9] Currently, whole breast radiotherapy is considered the standard of care after breast conservation surgery (I  don't know exactly what that is to be honest.) [7] In radiotherapy tumor cells are (verb: 'killed', 'destroyed' ???, or, '...the division of tumor cells is inhibited, slowed, or halted.') with ionizing radiation. It is obvious that with more exposure to radiation tumor cells are killed. [10] But due to the presence of healthy tissue around the tumor, the radiation beam must be limited and precisely directed (is that your meaning ???) [11,12] The devices used for radiotherapy differ. In regards to machines and equipment, in addition to the machines developed for cobalt therapy and brachytherapy, there are a variety of linear accelerators. Although linear accelerator equipment is preferred, Cobalt tele machines may be acceptable as an alternative to postoperative radiotherapy and should be considered [4] So as to mitigate negative or harmful effects, a patient should only ever recieve the absolute minimum amount of radiation treatment that is required. [11,12] Patient could tolerate the least side effects of radiation therapy. Hence, the effectiveness of radiation therapy Cobalt-60 and photon 9 mev will be considered in relation to breast cancer treatment. Cobalt-60 emits a gamma ray with energy of 1.25MeV .

It is obvious that with more exposure to radiation, more tumor cells are destroyed more[10]. However, due to the amount of healthy tissue around the tumor, the radiation beam is limited. It cannot tolerate more than healthy tissue, or the organ is irradiated[11,12]. Devices used in radiotherapy treatment are different. It makes use of equipment such as cobalt therapy, brachytherapy, a variety of linear accelerators Although linear accelerator equipment is preferred, cobalt tele-machines may be acceptable as an alternative to postoperative radiotherapy and should be considered[4]. The main purpose of the radiation dose delivered to the tumor region is homogeneous, so that the  healthy tissue dose is the minimum dose [11,12] Patients can tolerate the lesser side effects ofradiation therapy. Hence, the quality of radiation therapy Cobalt-60andphoton 9mev will be considered in breast cancer therapy. Cobalt-60 emits a gamma ray with an energy of 1.25MeV.
