Business trips

I used to like business trips before because I could take some time hanging out in other cities when I finished the work, and buy some local snacks for my colleagues or friends. But it seems I have gradually changed, now I prefer staying at the office and busy with doing paper work then going home and to rest after work time. Besides, I dislike living in a hotel because I never sleep well. it makes me poor sleep quality at night. What’s wrong with me? Am I getting old?
