Sports Education In China’s we operate a state-run sports development system, we training the athletes to rival for Olympic Games and other States sports games. Some of athletes have to forgo formal education at an early age, and training to be athletes, but most of them are often struggle to find jobs to survival when they retire. I once read some news about it. A former national Gym winner became a street beggar two years after he retired for injury, because he found it’s difficult to find a job. We have to think it over, what is the wrong with it? In the Olympic Games Chinese athletes always can get a good result. It doesn’t mean sports game spread well and healthily in the countrywide. Sports educations and academic educations are not balance. In china, although not all parents are willing to let their children play sports because of concerns about injuries and pressures from the college entrance exam. The benefits of sports are not like academic, it’s invisible, but very important to building individuals character. With the reforming of education, I hope this situation could be improved sooner than later, and my children cloud benefit from the reform in the near future.
