Choice

I want to study abroad someday; America is my first choice.
And there are two ways for me :
1.Transfer to an American university in my sophomore year (OR ...university as a sophomore.)
2.Go to America after I graduate. (OR ...after graduating).

And i major in International business:)
What would be your advices?
