It's an interesting thing to say.You might want to emphasize the AM. It depends how you are saying it. Being alone doesn't mean I AM alone.

I'm not sure what that might mean... but it sounds great. Very philosophical.

'Alone' doesn't mean I am (Since you already used a contraction, I reccommend you say "I'm" instead of "I am" to make the sentence flow better) alone lonely (I assume this is what you meant). It means I'm strong enough to handle things my way.
