Förra veckan studerade jag mycket.
Jag läste många böcker.
På I torsdags joggade jag för i en halvtimme.
På I onsdags städade jag i rummet. (This sentence is translated as "Last Wednesday I cleaned in the room", but that makes the question of 'which' room you cleaned come up. If you cleaned your apartment it would be "I onsdags städade jag (i lägenheten/min lägenhet)" or if you cleaned your bedroom you should say "I onsdags städade jag (på/i) mitt rum.")
Jag köpte många grönsaker på Lidl på i måndags.

You should preferably use "På torsdag" for example if you're talking about something in the future.

"På torsdagen förra veckan" is possible to say, but sounds a little bit strange. "I torsdags/onsdags/måndags" is the correct way of saying it if you talking about a day in the past.
