Perfect sentences but as a series of connected thoughts, then it is not good at all.  Better to express more naturally like an adult's...

我叫知恩, 是韩国人, 現在加拿大居住.  再見.

Without context, 我是知恩 can be translated as "I know gratitude".  Hence using 叫 (call) is clearer that 知恩 is your name and not gratitude.
