At one time, I decided to find out (or see) if there were some (better>any) English speaking doctors in Kiev. Searching on the internet (or just "searchin the internet"), I found almost none (better>hardly any) (I did not find any?). This situation needs changing. Why don't I start to change it (better>that)?
