Como pronunciación se dice con el sonido fuerte en la letra O (cóme)
Pero gramaticalmente se escribe come, sin acento.

It's the same, but "cóme" is not correct. You don't need to accent the word.

Hola. La tilde en cóme sobra. Aunque el acento en ambas palabras cae sobre la o
En voz argentina podríamos encontrar la palabra comé. Como un imperativo Pero en este caso la acentuación caería sobre la é, como marca la tilde.
