I would like to visit Croatia which I saw a commercial.
I've always wanted to visit Croatia. It's been my dream to visit the country after I saw a Croatian commercial for tutorism, which featured people enjoying villages by the beach, yachting, and fishing in a beautiful sea.
People are riding coastal villages, diving on the yacht and catching huge fish on the sea.
And they are listening sound of organ playing by sea at the harbor city.
After seeing that commercial, I have longed to see Croatia in person and to experience the same wonderful experiences for myself.
Those attractive parts of travel catch my eyes which can experience firsthand.
I hope I will go to Croatia if I can get a chance.
Hopefully, once I become a Korean Air flight attendant, I will be able to experience the beautiful country of Croatia for myself.

The sentence order is off with this sentence. Remember whenever you write a sentence in English, you must have a subject and a verb. Also, you need to answer these questions with your sentence: Who?(Your subject), What?(Your verbs/the action taking place in your sentence), Where?, When? How? And Why?

F stands for "For."

N is Nor
B is Boy

Y is Yet
S is So

Another issue with your writing is that seems choppy; however, I feel that once you start to incorporate coordinating conjunctions in your sentences, this problem will be less apparent. Also, please avoid using "got" in formal writing. The verb you must use in this case is, "to have, or have."

I also connected the qualities you possess or have with examples. Whenever you mention that you have a certain quality, it is best to give the reader a concrete example of that quality in action, like when you adjusted the restaurant's menu in order to make your customer happy.
To an employer and a reader, this reinforces your ability to place the customer happiness above everything else. Additionally, if you introduce information in a sentence that is extra and not essential to understanding what the sentence is trying convey, then you should use "which" and a comma because the information or clause is non-restrictive.

An example of a restrictive clause is when the word "that" is used with information that is essential understanding what a sentence is trying to say.

When I was a manager of grilled restaurant. One day, a lady came to my restaurant with grandmother in wheel chair. As soon as I saw it I moved the wheel chair inside the restaurant and grilled tender meat with consideration for grandmother’s teeth. After meal, a grandmother told me “I can’t thank you enough for your hospitality, even though the first time I have visited here.” And finally a grandmother became my patron.
Starting service with little consideration can make unforgettable happy memories for customers.
I would like to be a flight attendant to service at the highest place with the lowest attitude.

As soon as I saw it, I moved the wheelchair inside into the restaurant and I specially grilled tender the meat tender, with consideration for the grandmother’s teeth.
