我 崇拜 （喜欢）动物 和（我） 有一只猫。 （崇拜 means that you respect to someone or you worship someone .So, in this sentence you can't use it to express you respect animals but you can say like (喜欢 xǐ huān ）you like aniamls)
什么 是 我 的 错?（我的缺点wǒ de quē diǎn means what is my weakness,I hope this is what you want to express ） 我想太多。

我平时也会谈吉他和唱歌。In Chinese, '音乐家' means 'You are an expert in music.' in Chinese.

我 喜欢崇拜 动物 和 有一 只 猫。

我喜欢小动物，养了一只猫。'崇拜' is equivalent to 'to worship', so I think you may want to say 'like'喜欢.
