Together with my friends, who belong to a judo club, I, today, assisted the teacher.  
We transported desks, each (per) person carrying (carried) two desks to the third floor. (floor 3.)

I would write it like this:

Today, my friends and I helped our teacher at our Judo club move desks. 

Each person carried two desks to the third floor.

However this sounds like each person holds two desks simultaneously. Perhaps one in each hand. If they are small chair desks that could work. But if they are large desks, then you'd want to rewrite it to communicate that they took two trips, one for each desk.
