Present yourself to a foreigner

Good morning sir, can you help me? I need to go to the restaurant named "Salsa." It's a restaurant with latin typical Latin food...........It's near to the center of the city (in the US we say downtown), y and I went through that direction, but I did not found find it.................Thank you sir, I appreciate your help!
