How I learn to bake cake? I began to like sweets crazily when I was in 8th grade. That time I was seriously into a serial film called Yumeiro Patissiere (Dream-Colored Pastry Chef). I not only admired the main girl in that film but also realized what great power sweets have brought to us. Anyway, when I finished watching it that year, I started watching it again the following year. And now, I'm having a pretty big knowledge of baking cakes basically from that film. Then I asked my mom to help me with some essential pieces of baking equipment, and surprisingly she accepted. I was so freaking happy at that time. Then I told my little sister about it. She was a bit interested in it at first, but now we're both too deep. Whenever she comes over my house, definitely there will be a "sweets" party. And of course, the ones who have to enjoy our sweets are our dear poor mothers. However, we've been looking for the ingredients and baking utensils for a long time but it's really hard after all. So we just simply replace it with many kinds of stuff that may make our sweets failed. We enjoy making sweets in our own ways and no matter how do they look like, we're still happy very much. Although we're amazing awful pastry-cook, we never give it up just one day. For me, making sweet make me feel like a real wizard. After combining everything together, and "boom", sweets appear magically. Sometimes I lost my recipes, I put a lot of strange ingredients and my sister likes :" What the heck are you doing, sis ? You want to make our mothers' belly aching, don't you ?" >.< Oh, my dear sister, I just want to explore some new recipes but it seemed wrong as she said. All in all, making sweets not only make you happy but also bring joys to everyone. So if you have time, try it once and you'll not regret definitely. :")
