my name is Yen, i come from Viet Nam, i am 26 year old, now i am a officer.
Did you afraid English? and what is the method help you improve your English skills?
i have learned English not only seven year in high school, but also two year of university, but now my English skills is zero
i so afraid meet spoken English people, if has one people speak English with me, i just can answer their simple question, i now that so bad. So now, i am try learning English and i hope you can help me, please !

I have learned English for not only seven years in high school, but also two years of university, but currently my English skills are zero.
I am so afraid to meet English-speaking people. When someone speaks English with me, I can only answer simple questions. I now that so bad - not sure what you mean here. So now, I am trying to learn English and I hope you can help me!
You are quite good at communicating what you want to say, but sometimes it is a bit unclear. It seems like you are still struggling with how to phrase things in the 'right way' in English. For that, I recommend doing more reading and listening of texts that you can understand, but are still slightly challenging.
