I created/wrote two articles in English for different conferences. The first article was about the pros and cons of outsourcing manufacturing to China; the second one was about cross-cultural aspects of business negotiations. And, of course,* for both articles I prepared presentations and made a speech.***If this is written, I would leave out "and, of course". If youre speaking to someone, the phrase might be natural sounding.

Just realized, in the last sentence do you mean you prepared materials for both conferences? Or for both articles you also prepared presentations? If its the latter, a speech might be implied in "presentation."
