Practice 1. Have you ever worked for a charity? Yes, I have. I worked for the local child center to teach children who weren't able to get a proper education. 2. How long did you work there? I worked there for 6 months. I usually taught them korean and math. We enjoyed cooking every Thursday and went to the park or schoolyard at times when the weather was nice . 3. Was it a well run charity? Pretty well. The director and teachers who worked there sincerely loved their children and tried to lead them onto the right path. 4. Did you enjoy this work? Yes, I did. The more we gave them our love and affection, the more they became a better person. They were lovely human beings. 5. Do you think having large charity organizations is a good idea? I agree with it to some extent. It is not easy to be supported if the organization is small. On the contrary, if it's big and well-known, they could be supported from more people besides government.
