The Big Bang Theory. Episode 20 season 3
The way I want to practice my writing English is by describing the episode I just watched.I just watched episode 20 season 3 of my favorite TV Show, The Big Bang Theory.
This is the second time I have watched this episode because since I like this TV show very much and I finished it already I decided to see it once again.
Well, in the last episode before this one, Penny and Leonard broke up so this episode it is about how they both try to figure out on how to deal with their friendship by not making it awkward.
Sheldon is not sure if he should hang out with Penny since he is Leonard's best friend and he feels like if he does this he is betraying Leonard. Because of all this mess, Sheldon sees Penny behind Leonard's back, but he feels guilty so he decides to confess to Leonards that he has been seeing Penny, who made hot dogs for him. Leonard says it is ok. Later, while Penny is in the laundry room, she meets Leonard and they both talk about to make plans with Sheldon. Penny tells Leonard that she invited Sheldon to go to Disneyland but Leonard doesn't like that plan because Sheldon is like a kid and at the end (better: after the trip) he will have to deal with him once Sheldon gets home. Later, while Leonard is playing a boardgame with Howard and Raj in the apartment, Sheldon and Penny come back from their trip. Leonard complains about the hour because he says it is late. Sheldon is very happy about the trip and also wants to have dinner, but Penny didn't allow him to (eat) because he threw up once before and she orders Sheldon to go to bed. Sheldon behaves like a kid. He asks Leonard and Penny not to fight. They said they are not fighting. When Sheldon goes to bed, Leonard asks Penny to stay to have a cup of coffee. Howard and Raj don't know what is happening and Howard says the whole thing they just have seen is a little twisted.
The episode finishes with a scene where Penny and Leonard are watching Sheldon sleep as if they were watching a kid. (THEIR kid!)
Thanks for reading this and correcting my mistakes.
Note: When you are telling a story like this, use the present tense (that's why I changed some of the verbs).
I love the first seasons of the show too! (The last season, I'm sad to say, is really awful. They should have stopped it two seasons ago)
The Big Bang Theory. Episode 20 season 3
The way I want to practice my
writing English is by describing the episode I just watched.
I just watched episode 20 season 3 of my favorite TV Show, The Big Bang Theory.
This is the second time I have watched this
episode because since (because
and since mean the same thing, so you don't need both) I like this TV
show very much. and Even though I finished
it (it's not clear whether you're referring just to this episode or the
entire TV series) already, I decided to see watch it once again.
Well, In the last episode before this one, Penny and
Leonard broke up, so this episode it is about how
they both try to figure out on how to deal with their
friendship by not without making it awkward.
Sheldon is not sure if he should hang out with Penny, since he is
Leonard's best friend and he feels like if he does this he is betraying
Leonard. Because of all this mess, Sheldon sees Penny behind Leonard's back,
but he feels guilty so he decides to confess to Leonards that
he has been seeing Penny, who prepared hot dogs for him. Leonard says it is ok.
Later, while Penny is in the laundry room, she meets Leonard and
they both talk about making plans with
Sheldon. Penny tells Leonard that she invited Sheldon to go to Disneyland but
Leonards disagrees with that plan because Sheldon is like a
kid and at the end he will have to deal with him
once Sheldon gets home. Later, while Leonard is playing a board game with
Howard and Raj in the apartment, Sheldon and Penny arrived home from
their trip. Leonard complained about the hour because he says it is
late that they got back so late. Sheldon is very happy about the
trip and also wants to eat dinner, but Penny doesn't allow
him to because he threw up once before and she orders Sheldon
to go to bed. Sheldon's behavior
is like he was a kid. (I'd probably say "Sheldon is acting
like a child.") He asks Leonard and Penny not to fight.
They say they are not fighting. When Sheldon goes to bed,
Leonard asks Penny to stay to have a cup of coffee. Howard and Raj
don't know what is happening and Howard says the whole thing they just have just seen
is a little twisted.
The episode finishes with a scene where Penny and Leonard are
watching Sheldon sleeps as if they were watching a kid.
Nice job! You're kind
of going back and forth between present tense and past tense. Present tense
works for the story, but be consistent. I've corrected where you've mixed them
in a single sentence. You also have some sentences that are not necessarily
grammatically incorrect, but are really long. You may want to break them up a
little bit more.
Thanks for reading me and correcting my mistakes.
