Im still trying to remember what made me start using iTalki as any other social media platform. Im not even doing lessons on the platfom anymore. I know the dopamine hit from posting is the #1 reason along with the enviornment of iTalki. iTalki looks like a platform you could have big open discussions with a sense of maturity and awareness. im not sure how many post I created but its too late and im too lazy to get rid of them to conform to the formality and professionalism of the platform. What started as documenting my portuguese learning journey turned into having fun posting. It reminds me of old iTalki, when fellow learners could just have fun and meet different learners around the world and share pictures and cool places.....now that....that is saudade :)
