Answer

in turkish most of words are produced by suffixing syllables to the end of words.so most of words u asked us to translate are syllables in turkish.

at means "de" or "da" 
but de and da does not mean anything even in turkish.when we add them to other words it gains mean..

for example:
okul means school
okulda means "at school"
