Bully = Se traduce como "matón" que significa pendenciero o sea una persona amiga de las riñas o peleas, también quiere decir una persona bravucona (que se cree muy valiente sin serlo) e insolente.
Bullying = Intimidación.

En Perú llamamos "bully" a la persona abusiva. Por ejemplo: "Ese niño es abusivo porque golpea y fastidia a otros alumnos"
Sin embargo, los profesores no podemos calificar a un alumno de abusivo. Podemos decir que muestra actitudes agresivas o violentas.
Se usa el término en inglés "bullying" también conocido como maltrato, acoso, violencia, etc.
