"wanna" is incorrect and taken from spoken English. It is a lazy spoken form of "want to". You will hear people say it a great deal, but they mean "want to". Why it has crept into written English outside of direct quotes is beyond me. Call me old-fashioned. It's just one more key-stroke. And yes, I say "wanna" a good deal - I don't write it that way, though.

I think wanna is perfectly correct because the world famous superstar that we'll never forget girlsband "spicegirls" said in one of their song 'if you wanna be my boyfriend' if the spicegirls said this its a bit like when einstein said E=Mc2 you can't go against this.
