Tim is correct, but you could also say "Get away from here" I think it depends on the verb you're using. "Out" usually means exit, as in from a room or building. "Get out of (this room/building)". Alternatively if you wanted to say the opposite, "Get in here!" would be like what your boss would say if he wanted you in his office. If you were outside, you would say "Get away from here" or the opposite "Get over here (from there--but you don't need this*)" The difference is that you would say one phrase inside, the other outside.

"Get out of here!" is correct. No question about it.
From here is not used in your phrase, but it can be used as follows: "How far is the park from here?" "Do you know how to get to movie theater from here?"
