Scusa, ho aggiunto il mio commento contemporaneamente al tuo, ma in verità le due risposte sono indipendenti. Pur avendo lo stesso significato di "penso" (che regge il congiuntivo), il "mi sa che" di soito non lo regge. E' un'espressione molto informale e, pertanto, non si usano tutti questi accorgimenti. Usa regolarmente il modo indicativo. Mi sa che Luigi è un ignegnere. (informale) Credo che Luigi sia un ingegnere. (lingua standard) Credo venga in serata. Mi sa che viene/verrà in serata. Almeno io così li uso.
