There are not exact rules for that. It depends on your relationship with the person you talk. Sometimes I say "abla" to a person who is just 2 ages older than while I do not say it to my friends who are 10 years older than me. What matter is your relationship. But if you cannot decide it, you can choose saying "teyse" to a woman who is nearly 20 years older than you, before that, "abla" is better. On the other hand "yenge" is definitely different word. We say abla and yenge for our relatives or for people who are not relatives but have older ages. But yenge just refers a relative relations. Yenge is a woman who marries one of your relatives, brother's wife, cousin's wife are all "yenge". But in the daily life some people can use it instead of abla or teyze, just like saying bro to an unfamilier man in the USA, but as I said it's not a common way to talk to people
