The above answer is correct. I just thought I would expand a little.
The infinitive 'to' needs to be use after certain words. These words include:
- able
- need
- want
You cannot say I am able eating/ I need eating/ I want eating.
Rather you would say I am able to eat/ I need to eat/ I want to eat.
Love can fall into this same category. You can use the infinitive. Eg. I love to eat.
However you can also say I love eating.

Some (repeat: some) people feel that there is a difference:
"I love to travel." (That is a general statement.)
"I love traveling." (Some people feel that this is more appropriate to say when you are actually traveling.)
Tom: What are your interests?
Mona: Well, I like to read, to cook, and to travel.
Mona (who is visiting country X at this moment): What a beautiful country!
Tom: How long will you be staying here?
Mona: Oh, I am leaving for country Y tomorrow, and then I'm going to country Z the day after tomorrow.
Tom: Don't you find all that traveling very tiring?
Mona: No way! I love traveling. It makes me feel alive.

"I like to talk to you" doesn't sound natural. You might say, "I would like to talk to you," or even better, "I would like to talk with you." But that is asking for someone to take a moment to talk with you and doesn't have to same context as the original statement.
I think it would be very rare for someone to say, "I like to talk to you." It would be more appropriate to affirm your enjoyment of talking with someone by using the phrase, "I like talking with you." When you say "to you" it is one sided, as if the person is not responding; use "with" instead.

you can add infinitive with 'to' after the word 'love' and also you can add verb+ing after the word 'love'
love+to+infinitive
love+verb+ing (noun called gerund)
