In a setting such as a grocery store where English is spoken, and you can't find an item you're looking for, I would recommend asking someone, "Hello, Could you help me please". Inés, puedes decir "would you like to help me?" aunque esa frase sería muy poco natural. Lo más normal es decir "could you help me?", "would you help me?".
