How can I use this phrase... "make sense"?
How can I use this phrase... "make sense"?
Can I use it a such way:
Я понимаю = I make sense = I understand = I get it (present tense)
Я не понимаю = I don't make sense = I make no sense = I don't understand = I don't get it (present tense)
Я поняла (я понял) = I understood = I made sense = I got it (past tense)
Я не поняла (я не понял) = I didn't make sense = I made no sense = I didn't understand = I didn't get it (past tense)
Я пойму = I will make sense = I will understand = I will get it (future tense)
Это понятно = It makes sense = it is understandable (or is it mean understandable or reasonable???)
Are the phrases correct?
Do these phrases mean the same things?

Use "It makes sense" not "I make sense". "It makes sense" or "it's understandable"<> "Это имеет смысл" или это понятно.
Я понимаю = "I understand" or "I get it" - correct
"It makes sense" = "I can follow the logic" = Я могу следовать логике.
It is similar for the past tense.
Use "It made sense" = Это имело смысл.
Я поняла (я понял) = I understood = I got it (past tense) - correct.
Use "It didn't make sense" or "It made no sense" <> Это не имело не смысл.
Я не поняла (я не понял) = I didn't understand = I didn't get it (past tense) - correct
Use "It will make sense" <> Это будет иметь смысл.
Я пойму = I will understand = I will get it (future tense) -correct
Это понятно = It makes sense = it is understandable (or is it mean understandable or reasonable???) - reasonable is not the right word to use here.
I hope this helps.

I think that the popular uses of the phrase are: "That (this, he, she, they, it) (doesn't, don't) make (makes) sense (to me, to us, to them)", I (he, she, they, we) need (are trying, would like, want) to make sense of it (this, that)" A possible example of your present tense question may be: "I am a beginning language student, so tell me: 'do my words make sense?' " "I'm glad that when I speak English I'm able to make sense to native speakers." "Do I make sense to you?" "I'm so nervous when I talk that I don't make sense to others." "What I said made sense." "I think that makes sense."

Thanks so much!
I understood that I cannot say: "I make sense" in present.
but I can say: I don't make sense, I make no sense, I made sense, I didn't make sense, I made no sense, I will make sense.
Right?

They are all usable(they all make sense), except for the "I make sense" in present tense. You cannot answer someone saying "I make sense". For example, Person A asks "So, do you understand?" , you cannot say " I make sense" = no! , BUT, you can answer back saying "I understand! I get it!" :)
