As I've noticed that you have some difficulties to find out the differences between(offrir,donner and fournir),I'll try to explain it in english.In fact,"donner" is similar in meaning with "to give" whereas offrir is similar in meaning with "to offer".Nevertheless when we use "to offer it's giving something to somebody in the spirit of good will.For instance we give a gift"On offre un cadeau".On the other hand,fournir is similar in meaning with to supply .Hope it helped.

offrir, c'est faire un cadeau de manière polie(dans un anniversaire). donner c'est un synonyme mais en moins festif, par exemple donner une couverture à un sans abri. fournir, c'est par exemple approvisionner un magasin ce n'est pas gratuit.

Offrir: c'est un cadeau. Quand on offre, on ne demande rien en retour. Fournir: c'est généralement un service qui est payant. On dit par exemple un "fournisseur d'accès internet" (l'entreprise à laquelle on paye son abonnement internet). Donner: peut être un synonyme de offrir ou fournir, car c'est un verbe utilisé de manière plus générale. Mais on dira "Tu as froid? Je te donne ma veste" et pas "Tu as froid? Je t'offre / te fournis ma veste". Pareil pour un numéro de téléphone, on le donne à quelqu'un.
