Do you mean that "在这里" should come before "站". Some Chinese grammar books may tell you that "在...(某个地方)" should come before "动词(+宾语)", but it should be noted that there might be an exception to any grammar rule. It's hard to explain why we say "站在这里" rather than "在这里站", so what you can do is jut memorize the expression "站在这里". As well as "站", both "坐" and "住" come before "在这里".
