What is the meaning of "freaking" ,"dragged " and "stuff out" in the following statements?
1-She dragged us to this freaking stiff restaurant.
2-And then I looked up, and my freaking ex-boyfriend walked in.

"drag" - (verb) to take someone to a place they do not want to go
"freaking" is a polite replacement for a very rude word. In this sentence it means "very."
2-And then I looked up, and my freaking ex-boyfriend walked in.
Again, "freaking" is a replacement for a very rude word. The speaker is not excited to see the ex-boyfriend.
3- People don't want the freaking hassles of trying to figure this stuff out: the product is diminished when it can't be easily played on any kind of player.
"to figure *something* out" - means to understand something; how to use it, or what to do with it.

"Freaking" is a soft form of f*cking (when used to add emphasis).
In your sentence, it means she took you to a restaurant, but the use of "dragged" suggests that you really didn't want to go.
The phrasal verb is "to figure (something) out". "...to figure [this stuff] out..."
