Without context, I'm not sure of suite in house, "In-house" usually means without assistance from outside an organization, done by the company alone. So a suite in-house, might mean that the company owns a suite that they provide for use when needed for others. This is just a guess, I'd have to see the paragraph the words are in to see if I'm right or not.
