Maybe a name of the train-line in Kanagawa prefecture bordered on Tokyo, or as the others say, the word might mean a place name or person's last name.

I guess it comes from the owner's name, but I think you should ask them.

ありがとうございます,for your help. It is a name of a japanese restaurnt here in チューリッヒ switzerland.
So it can be a place or a persons name, right?
