"What a babe!"
No sé si hay un equivalente en español pero en inglés me gusta mucho decir "what a babe!" cuando pienso que una chica/un chico es muy guapa/o (me gustan mujeres jaja)...

Por ejemplo: Vi este video en YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2aZ5hvQvHX4) y me pensé "wow, what a babe!". "What a babe!" significa "she's really pretty" pero es muy coloquial.

Okay so I'm English not Spanish but I live in Spain, here what I hear a lot of boys say is things like "está buena!" on the streets. It's weird but I think it's their version of "she's pretty/hot/whatever"... hope this helps haha ;)

I agree with Becky. Soy de Colombia y aquí también usamos la frase "está buena". También hay otras como: "Que mamasota", "Que mami" o una muy similar a "Wow. What a babe" es "Uy, Que bebé".

Well, in Argentina the most neutre expression for that would be : "Está buena!".
But there are many other ways of saying the same, more informal:
"Mira lo que es esa mina!", "Está re buena".
