"sharing" and "so much, that much, as much"
What does "sharing" mean in "lots of dishes for sharing"? I guess ordering one serving of food and eating it together with people?
What are the differences between "so much", "that much", and "as much" if each of them is used in "I am still on the fence about raizing our menu prices __________."

You're right. "Sharing" in your example does mean ordering a meal and two or more people eating it together.
I am still on the fence about raising our menu prices so much/that much.
In this sentence, both so much and that much mean the same thing more or less.
I am still on the fence about raising our menu prices as much.
In this sentence, as much makes it sound like the prices are being compared to another restaurants prices. The owner is on the fence about raising the prices as much as another restaurant did.
I hope that made sense. Feel free to message me if it didn't.

- I would assume it would mean that you are either sharing a lot of dished of prepared good, or sharing the actual dishes (plates and bowls) to serve food on

- *Raising, not raizing.
You could say "I am still on the fence about raising our menu prices so much" meaning that you are making the price higher and more expensive. It's the opposite of so little, meaning you aren't raising the prices enough. "that much" would mean the same sort of thing in this instance. You don't want to raise your prices that much (usually speaking about a predetermined amount).
"as much" would most likely be used in comparison. "I don't want to raise our prices as much as the restaurant next door." Or, "I don't want to raise the cost of our chicken as much as I want to raise the price of our beef."
It's a huge question for the uses of phrases, but I hope I helped you a little.
