All three can be used, depending of the context. Sometimes they're almost equivalent : "avant la promenade ; avant de se promener ; avant que nous nous promenions." If you use "avant de + infinitif", the subject needs to be the same as in the main propostion for example : Je m'habille avant de sortir. If you use "avant que + subjonctif", the subject can be different, for example : Je m'habille avant que vous veniez"
