Numbers 1-8 on your second list can all be verbs and nouns. I can't think of a verb form of "night" or "music" (although you can use the verb "play" for music).
Here's a list of adjective forms of
Water: wet, aqueous, aqua (for the colour of water)
House: It's related to "home" instead of "house", but what about "homely"?
I can't think of any adjective forms of "kid", "litter" and "garden".
Music: musical
Night: nightly

We can do it for you but then that's easy for us and then easy for you! Why don't you try? Just guess without checking the dictionary then we can correct any mistakes.

Actually, there is a way to change any noun into an adjective in English, but in many (if not most) cases it is clumsy and it would be better to use other adjectives. That would be to simply add "-like" to the noun: water-like, house-like, pet-like, etc.
Any English speaker would understand what you are trying to communicate, but it is not the preferred way to express it. Another way would do the same thing, but would not be as clumsy. That would be to say "like water," "like a house," "like a pet," etc.

First, a question: On the first list, why the need to change the verbs into nouns?
Most of them (1,2,5,6 & 7) can be either verbs or nouns but the nouns, by their nature, carry a slightly different meaning. For example, the verb "to watch" means to look at something for more than a moment. The noun "watch" refers to a period of watching. For example, "Nothing happened on my watch" means that nothing happened during the time that I was in charge, or watching the situation.
The same situation exists on your second list. The first seven words on the list can be used as either nouns or verbs, but the meaning may be slightly different. As verbs, water=apply water to (usually plants); house=provide a place to live; pet=to fondle, stroke or caress (as in pet my dog); baby=to treat like a baby; the next one is quite different. kid as a noun is literally a young goat, but in common usage refers to a young child, but the verb kid=joke with, or poke fun at; litter=to improperly throw away refuse, thus littering the surroundings; garden=to tend a garden. All of these are already verbs and can be conjugated as such.
I know of no way to make verbs out of music or night. They are uniquely things (nouns), not actions (verbs).

very good question .
changing verbs to nouns by: adding "ing" to the verb > this in your case
and sometimes we add " ment " such as : state >> statement
or we can also add "tion" such as : addict >> addiction
also some verbs not need any addition to be nouns as they act as a verb and a noun for example : "help " >> act as a noun for example : I need your help.
and a verb for example : my parent always help me .
. and also we can add "ing" to act as a noun only .
Fot the second question >> I'm waiting for the answer like you .
